What makes you finally an adult?

Realizing your parents are human does not make you a grown up or proves that you have reached adulthood.  It is being able to forgive them for it, then you are no longer a child.

I'm Afraid to Clip the Baby's Nails ! What Should I do?

Don't clip them.  Bite them off.  You can feel with your teeth, it is not as scary.
I know this sounds a bit primitive, but sometimes it is just the best way.  There are so many things to worry about, take this one off the plate and just nibble those little claws down.   Of all the things that will be criticized, this will be way down the list.

What to do when someone is doing parenting wrong?

First, keep your mouth shut!
Second, think about it.
Third, realize that all you can do is the best you can do for your own children.
Fourth, no matter what, a child will love its parent and defend its parent Forever!!!

We see it all the time, someones kids act up, are out of control, are not getting the love and care they need.  The urge is to tell them they are wrong, and they may be totally wrong, and we feel the need to get in there and help.   If you want to help, lean in tell that child they are amazing,and great.  Tell the child 'no' when the answer is no, and do not allow them to disrepect you or your things.  But to the parent.  You have no rights here, they are not going to listen.

People judged me for my parenting, i have a cop and a teacher.  Mr. James was a horrid parent, but baby boy LaBron became a success despite it all.   I have serious doubts of my Mother in Laws parenting skills, but i love her children.  I have complete contempt for the mother of my Step Children, but i love them with every breath I take.

You cannot fix other peoples relationships even if it is wrong, or they are wrong, or they are just a hot mess.  all you can do is hold on to the relationship with the child, show them love and acceptance and courage.  You can only do that by NOT criticizing the parent.  See the steps above.
